The Investment Company Institute (ICI) has endorsed President Trump's executive order aimed at broadening retirement investors' access to private market investments. ICI President and CEO Eric J. Pan emphasized the potential benefits of including private assets in retirement portfolios, citing diversification advantages for long-term savers.
"Retirement savers are the ultimate long-term investors," Pan noted, highlighting the alignment between private market exposure and retirement planning horizons.
